A better nature for electivire would be Adamant if your worried about speed you can just predict an electric atck coming.... but i guess since this is an Electric team you do want more speed just incase you come across another Evire

i see too many tbolts

Lanturn: should be the lead. Give it rain dance and damp rock(item) to support the rest of the team. that way you can have thunder on your pokemon. give it surf instead of Hydro Pump.
Manectric: dosent need 3 attacks of the same type. Add HP ground too.
Jolteon: dosent need 3 same-type attacks, try Thunderbolt,HP Ice,Shadow Ball
Raichu: dosent need 3 same type attacks -___- Nasty Plot,thunderbolt,grass knot, and Encore(nasty plot sweeper)
Luxray: has great phys. attack, but poor special att. Spark,Crunch,Ice Fang, and Return.

for a good lead use an electrode with a timid nature and maxed out in speed. that will give you an electrode with 417 speed! But otherwise your teams pretty good butlike silent said try to get an electivire with an adamant nature.
