My rate is 2... This is a pretty bad team bro... Ambipom baton pass? what is he going to pass over? a sub that will break? Might as well give him U-turn... Slaking is a crappy pokemon and so is Manectric...

Tangrowth isnt meant to be a sweeper, and even if he was it would be a special sweeper (no earthquake) tangrowth is usually used as a Phys. Tank/Annoyer. (a Sub. Seed set, or Knock Off,Sleep Powder,Power Whip, and Leech Seed) Impish nature
Mantine is usually a special wall, but it's electric weakness isnt so good. (calm nature)
Why Manertric?If you want a pokemon like manectric, go for jolteon. As for another good electric, there is electivire.
Slaking is crap -___-
Ambipom's Sub. is gonna break before you baton pass -___-
I dont like it when people use legendaries so i dont know about Jirachi

Lucario isn't the fastest pokemon... so using mefirst will just kill itself... Maybe make Lucario learn dragonpulse/darkpulse/shadowball/waterpulse There is alot of moves Lucario but MeFirst isn't one of them... I don't mind the rest, the Trick Room in the Brongong isn't a good idea unless your team is around it, if for some reason Brongong dies, and trick room is still up, you don't have that many slow pokemon... Well this time I rate it a 5/10 I don't want to go into more details but some of the pokemon won't work well with others, 3 of your pokemon are 1HITKO by earthquake which you might want to reconsider... This one is a bit better then the 1st one...

i Can see why you have charge beam and thunderbolt on Jolteon, so im ok with that
Sharpedo is what you can call a glass cannon. Packs a punch but only a one time use. Focus Sash would guarntee another turn alive for Sharpedo. I dont really like sharpedo because of it's glass cannon status
Im wondering how you got a lansat berry, i had to look it up because i havent heard of it. It ups crit rate which is pretty risky. If you were to have a berry, have the berry that reduces ice attacks, because that is the main counter against Garchomp is is intended to 1-hit him.
Bronzong trick room cripples the rest of your team. Replace for Stealth Rock or some passive damage, or take it out for another move. Your choice, bronzong is a nice opener
I see Infernape is a mixed sweeper. those annoy me in battle cause it confuses me , but it looks ok
I see that you have 4 phys sweepers,1 spec sweeper, and one tank. 3 of your pokemon can be killed in an earthquake(as in the move earthquake
HAving 5 attackers is ok, but risky. It's better than your other team
