Im gonna say this theam isn't good for tournament play... 2 many weakness in your party to take the advantage of the game... Flareon will never survive before you use any of its attack... Only dragonite can somewhat tip the balance a bit... but its might sweeper built... Means you don't have dragon dance and physical attack so it can KO any pokemon in 1 hit... Most people use dragon dance 2x 3x before using a overpower move like outrage

Having two water pokemon limits your team if your thinking of joining tournaments. As there are 17 types you limit yourself hugely if you use two of the same. I would recommend getting a psychic or ghost pokemon as you dont have any moves of those types

-To many same type moves on a pokemon, bad natures.- and most importantly, no synergy.

try putting in a kingdra, espeon, or mamoswine might improve some
