Grachomp is just plain better in base stats etc...
but if you can set up an agillity or dragon dance with dragonite it can out run a chomp and k0 it with outrage.

dragonite would totally win because he is classic so he looks more drangonish and garchamp looks like a robot dragon so.....dragonite is better
