If you don't mind, let me be the overseer of the website planning also... Im a website designer and graphics designer, so I can help alot with the designs and html pages... Dreamweaver and frontpage both use alot of crappy html to fill in the blanks, but if I clean it up, it will look pretty nicely...

Well thats what designers do, I can't make it unless you have something in mind... If you plan on making a website, start with a layout and banner, then work your way down, you never start with detail first...
