Sneasel learning ice punch?!?!??!

I just bred to sneasels together hoping for the baby to have ice punch. What do i have to do to have the sneasel have ice punch once it hatches.

Nothing... When I got outrage on my Garchomp, I breed it with dragonite and Garchomp and I got it on the 2nd move... I think the 1st move was tackle... As long as Garchomp is a girl... they will breed gibles and dragonite just gave me the Outrage skill for garchomp... Just make sure you don't erase it or you have to redo it...
