Stones Empty Stones

i cant get my Zigzagoon, Pachirisu, Linoone or any other pick up Pokemon to pick up the stones i need. i used my 'once in a game' stones already. i need-
-Shiny Stone
-Dawn Stone

PS-how do i get items from anyone? Mystery Gift or traded w/a pokemon?
