I don't think you can find a Gameshark in Greece.

Go downstairs in the pokemon center for the wi-fi trades or Jublife City's GTS. If you don't have wi-fi then you have to get next to someone and go upstairs in the pokemon center and trade via wireless.

Yes but you must be near someone to trade with him via Wireless (50 meters)!
