A little leaf green help?

I hope this is the right place to post this..
So.. I got tired of Soul Silver and decided to start all over in my leaf green version... I have beaten the elite 4 once, I DID the quests with Celio (With the Ruby and Sapphire) and I DID the quest with Lorelei where she was inside her cave with, think 3 rocket grunts, and I beat them..
When I go to the elite 4 for the econd time, she's not there, and there's a gir blocking the door thingy. I go to Island 4 and she's in her house saying something along these lines;
I don't know what will happen in the future, all I can do is my best
Or something like that.. My question is, how do you get her back to the elite 4 again?
