the first generation. that has the best everything, best pokemon, best people, best storyline, and that game probably takes you longer than the others. Also, after the first generation, all the pokemon are kind of wierd. They also put the most work into the game, because the cities actually have houses, a lot of houses, but the other games, it's kind of like they got lazy and put like 2 houses in each town. Plus the first generation is what started it all.
