There is an event right now in the USA if you go to your local gamestop. You can get one by brigging you DS to the store, along with you game card, and you can get the Jirachi through wireless event at the gamestop.

Yeah there is. you can catch them all in the cave. There down these little clifs that you have to travel down to get to the cave.
