its announced that its a female "notch eared pichu"
but a "new" poke is to be announced next month at some sort of fair..."cough"arceus...
but i figured out why the pichu is special,its a wildcard!,if any1 plays viva pinata they would understand
basically a wildcard would have a unique or extra feature that normall other pokes wouldnt have. e.g the pichus left ear
or maybe this pichu is arceus but its just transformed into the pichu cos.... i dunno...Very Happy
