These rules are weird, you rather let palkia, diagla and darkrai but you won't let mew, celebi, jirachi, shaymin which only have 100 stats... Mewtwo has overwhelming speed and spatk and so does the other ubers... Also you don't like focus sash, and the Species Clause is writtin so badly, I don't understand it... None of the "best of the best" like using ubers, it don't show any knowledge of the game... So as of now, im not going to enter this tournament, plus im pretty sure Silent and Matt can take your badge quite easily like I did, so I really don't need the badge...
