i have one lvl 64... but it has not got seismic toss, its impossible for a blissey to learn it the move
This is blisseys move list along with levels that it learns the move Smile
1 Pound
1 Growl
5 Tail Whip
9 Refresh
12 Softboiled
16 Doubleslap
20 Minimize
23 Sing
27 Fling ??
31 Defense Curl
34 Light Screen
38 Egg Bomb
42 Healing Wish
46 Double-edge

By the way im new on here and how do you get a trainer card like you have got with all your pkmm on it.

its actually possible for it to learn seismic toss, you just need to teach a chansey in firered/leafgreen seismic toss before bringing it up
38 Egg Bomb
42 Healing Wish
46 Double-edge
