Rate my team

Electivire, replace fire punch with earthquake(focus Sash, Life Orb)
Gengar dosent usually have a set based on hyponis, so keep hyponis, and give it thunderbolt,Shadow ball and focus blast.(wide Lens)
Gyarados dosent need splash plate, give it Leftovers
Garchomp needs Choice Scarf or Choice Band or Yache Berry(reduces Ice)
Lucario Needs Focus Sash
Espeon Is most used as a baton passer(calm Mind,Psychic,Baton Pass,Substitue) or as a Lesser used special sweeper(not common) Shadow Ball,Psychic,Calm Mind/Fake Tears, Grass Knot

You can't be a good batter or pokemon fan if you don't know pokemon move set, talking to you chowder, how you missed it... For everyone that didn't notice, Garchomp can't learn dragon dance... Electivire is better off with Ice Punch, since Electivire already has Earthquake and you missed it cause you were typing to fast... Gengar does not need nightmare or sludge bomb, but use a stab move like shadow ball... Stab means a move of the same element as the pokemon which is .5 powerful when used, since gengar is a ghost type, it need ghost moves... On the other hand sludge bomb isn't a great move so even with stab, its still falls short... I myself don't like espeon, but you made it kinda obvious you want to heal your espeon when its hurt... thing is, if you don't EV train it in defence it won't matter if you heal it or not... Pick either total offence or defence...

You items need a little work which means you need to do more testing... Try to figure out what items other people use since you should do the same... Chowder gives you options to change them, the current items you are holding aren't good enough in standard battling...

Stone edge? Most people don't use the 4th skill unless its sword dance or sub because if they wall you out... Might as well switch out...

Hey my in-game team is mostly deffensive pokemon, because i love how long they can stay in battle but I always have my Crobat. ^^:
Crobat: Cross Poison, Aerial Ace, Giga Drain, Confuse Ray

Dustox: Bug Buzz, Light Screen, Toxic, Double Team

Cherrim: Energy Ball, Attract (perfect for E4 since its male), Sunny Day, Solar Beam

Hippowdon: Earthquake, Crunch, Fire fang, Water Pulse

Tentecruel: Instead of Poison Jab maybe Sludge Bomb since Tentecruels attack aint all that great, Surf, Ice Beam, Barrier

Bronzong: *Iron Ball attatched* Iron Deffense, Gyro Ball, Extrasensory, Charge Beam

That's what I may go with...It's not for competitive battling, just for if me and my friends battle, and for the E4....
*note that I haven't challenged the E4 yet.

Anyone would like to take this one and hopefully do pokemon of the week with us... There are alot of problems with this team, so if you guys do a good job, Ill see for myself...

Opps, i forgot garchomp cant learn dragon dance, i was still thinking about gyarados too.
@PinkBuneary:Im glad this is in-game becuase this isnt anything if it was a wifi team, In game teams usually use more force rather then Stragedy
Crobat:Giga Drain isnt a good attack for crobat, No stab, low PP, and particulary weak. I would suggest hyponis but it's an egg move and since this is an E4 team you prob. dont have the patience to breed it. Try Steel Wing or Roost for healing(wifi set:Hyponis,Roost,U-turn,Cross Poison)

Dustox isnt a great pokemon all together to me, low stats and even it's Special Def. Isnt great. In E4, this will be useless except against the Psychic Guy, but then he oviously can KO it with a psychic attack. It's moveset set is decent, but i think you should take it out(wifi set:i dont think anyone uses it, but maybe they'd go with:Toxic,Light Screen,Bug Buzz,Whirlwind)

Cherrim has no good stats really, Sunny Day isnt good for tentacruel either. It can get koed by alot in E4. Attract works on the Ground girl, and Cynthia who will most likely faint it before it can attract. Leech Seed rather then Solarbeam, and Return or Secret Power instead of sunny day(wifi team:it's UU i think. It would be used for setting up Sunny Day for it's team: Sunny Day,Protect,Solarbeam/Energy Ball, HP fire/Toxic)

Tentacruel should get sludge bomb rather then poison jab,keep surf and barrier. maybe give it toxic spikes rather then ice beam, but since this is an E4 team, keep ice beam or Giga Drain for offense.(wifi:Toxic Spikes,Surf,Sludge Bomb,Rapid Spin)

Bronzong's Iron ball cancels out levitate if you didnt know.Replace Extrasensory with Psychic. I dont really think Bronzong needs Iron Defense, it's defense is good already. Maybe Earthquake(wifi:Stealth Rock,Hyponis,Gyro Ball, and Explosion)

Overall, this isnt really a great team for E4, im not really the best at in-game teams though. Still, you could prob. get through E4 with this.

Thanks for the info, this really was a test for the people that didn't know; IRON BALL CANCELS OUT LEVI ON BRONZONG!!!! This was a trick question for everyone that wanted to try out for the pokemon of the week, and since you caught that, you really have my respect as a pokemon trainer...
