Make dragnite learn Dragon Dance and Outrage Since it has a high base attack it will get higher! For gyrados make him learn ice beam or fly Wel i'm not sure if he could learn fly... Lucario needs to learn earthquaque and remove force palm if u dont have the tm i'llgive u one.Let aggron learn earthquaque also It's really useful And whats with the hyper beams? What if there was a ghost type team? Need SOME pokemons to have other moves .

For gyrados make him learn ice beam or fly

Don't listen to him.... Gyrados is physical so ice fang... Again why are there 3 grass moves on Sceptile??? They are both physical and special grass moves in there... pick one or the other... not both... AIGHTT AIGHTT I CAN'T WRITE NO MORE!! YOUR POKEMON ARE MESSED UP BADLY!! MEANS YOU HAVE SPECIAL AND PHYSICAL ATTACKS ON A POKEMON AND SAME KINDS OF MOVES... DO YOU NEED 3 FIGHTING MOVES ON LUCARIO OR 3 GRASS MOVES ON SCEPTILE... HYPER BEAM IS OVERRATTED DON'T USE IT!!!

on lucario a better move set for physical would be
etreme speed
close combat
earthquake
stone edge

and a special moceset would be
psychic
aura sphear
dark pulse
dragon pulse

Again with gyarados a better move set is
ice fange
dragon dance
earthquake
waterfall / aqua tail

im really not to sure what to say about aggron other then take off hyper beam and keep him physical.

and last but not least dragonite

pick one special or physical its really not that hard.
