Looking for a Gardevoir, a Torchic, an Espeon, and an Umbreon.

The title says it all, but in more depth, I'm looking for Torchic OR any of its evolutions, and prefer females.

In terms of what I have to give. I'll be honest, I don't have any shinys at the moment. What I am offering are non-legendaries that are at decent levels (60 or above) that have strong moves, high sheens and are very happy. I'll also throw in items, Rare candies, metal coats, etc...

I have a male torchic and a female combusken and also an extra espeon.

do you have cyndaquil or chikorita?

I also need the legend dogs and an elekid with the special item thingy to evolve it to the third thing

i also need all event pokemon except deoxys
