I Think somthing might be wrong with the WIFI i just put in a tortera lv 80 for an umbreon lv 9 and under. When i went back into the GTS to check on it my torterra was gone and i did not recieve an umbreon. any one know whats going on?

There are some probems in the GTS. For example some times when I offer a pokemon it saves normally and then the system tells me that I haven't offered a pokemon...When I go out and go in the GTS it's normally again! I have also heard about a GTS gitch. When you do this glitch, you can take the offering pokemon without giving the asking pokemon (eg. Someone offers a Palkia and needs a Garchomp and with this gitch someone can steel the Palkia without giving a Garchomp)...
