What makes a good annoying pokemon?

How about this... I met something like this the other day, a gyrados uses taunt, switches to wobbuffet, and basically counters your pokemon till you die...

I also met another annoying switch in that just uses baton passes, Uxie starts of with yawn, switches with Umbreon, it uses meanlook, substitute, then baton passes... switches in to a sweeper, uses Belly Drum/substitute and sweeps my whole team...

or use encore so they have to use the same move for a few times then use a move that makes it so the pokemon cant use an attack twice in a row so that they cant make a move at all then kill them. (this happened to a friend so it wasnt my idea, just decided it was the perfect answer)

Yea wobbuffet are usually switched in to use encore on pokemon that likes to power up but its hard to set up correctly...

i would say a snorlax with rest and snore and all that or a gengar with hynposis and dream eater imo that is two annoying ass moves that rlly piss me off OH also a pokemon with sand attack and double team A GOOD PISS OFF

the best anoyer is the one who looks cool and has huge combo of hp defence and s defence. normaly I would say celbi is the best anoyer w leech seed recover phychic and toxic but is a uber so the second best anoyer is either shuckle or ubreon

stus moves like thunderwave and hypnosis i fid annoying also being confused makes people switch if they keep huting themselves

you just catch a female and male raticate in the fight zone and breed them aand give it focus sash...

but this only works if you have an open battle or in the battle tower...

you get hit use endovor get them to 1 hp and quick attack pretty good
