i have beaten the elite four many times but i used a gameshark to fill my pokedex now it says she has gone and i have looked in the ice cave. help please!

i don't no. "Sad srry normally you have to go up the water fall and beat team rocket in an easy battle you may also have to do the mision with the ruby and sappire. Hope that helps. Very Happy
