What would be the best 6 pokes to make an elite team?

Alright so I have every legendary and event pokes all legit but I want to make a sick team. Looking at suggestions of which 6 i should choose. Keep in mind different types and who is good at different stat categories. Interested to hear some suggestion so please share your thoughts.

Also I would appreciate suggestions for my Blastoise. What 4 moves should I give my boy. He is lvl 73 i believe and he's on pokemon platinum so I have those move tutors. My Blastoise has better attack stat than sp attack so right now the 4 moves I have are 1) Bite 2) Aqua Tail 3) Zen Headbutt 4) Earthquake. I was thinking outrage instead of bite. What u think?
