DOES ANYONE WANT A MALE RALTS (LEVEL 4) WITH ALL STATS AT 8

Hello

I was catching Ralts using Poke Radar and I caught a Male one at level 4 with the following stats:
Attack 8
Defense 8
Special Attack 8
Special Defence 8
Speed 8

Ability Sychronize

I have not played with this, just caught it straight to my poke centre storage computer. I am not sure if this is rare or if it is anything special but I have not come across it on any other pokemon I have captured and just thought someone may be interested in it.

I will be happy to trade like for like (eg a level 1 to 4 male ralts) or any OFFERS welcome, if anyone is interested - please PM
