I've got a Request

So yeah I only recently found out that EV training exsists lol
so Urm basically I was wondering, If someone could Arrange like some sort of battle tournament for people who Haven't Ev trained their guys.
I've got about 50 lvl 100's and not one of them is ev trained, Everytime I play against Someone I get owned because Everyone else I know Has Ev trained their guys ;_;
lol I wanna have a fair battle with my 100+ hours of levelling up ^_~
